Pictures and videos just can't fully do justice to the Iguazu Falls. We can only recommend that you visit if you can as they are simply spectacular.
That said, we did take a fair few snaps which should hopefully give an impression.
Before all of that, there was a 22 hour journey by two buses to deal with...
Day 1 - Brazilian side of the Falls in the tropical rain.....
No shit.....
Followed by a quick stop at Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Not the prettiest of places....
The day was rounded-off with a trip to the Itaipu dam - one of the 7 modern wonders of the world.
(Only 2 pics as it was effing freezing!)
Day 2 - A walk to Tres Fronteras where the three borders meet...
Sunset over Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay
Day 3 - Saving the best till last, the Argentinean side of the Falls in blazing sunshine...
Rainbows everywhere you look....
Not forgetting the wildlife...
Finished off by our best experience yet - a quick shower under the Falls...
Looks unbelievable - super photos!! Winter has returned here with gales!
